Receipts are available at the time of transaction & service ONLY. We are not able to provide one once you leave the appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- Notice Requirement: Written notice must be provided by 3:00 PM 1 business day (M-F) before your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
- Late arrival for any driving appointment will result in the session being cancelled. A $50 fee will be required to reschedule.
- Multiple Changes: Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in the forfeiture of future driving appointments.
- If the appointment is for a discounted second test, the discount will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or a late arrival.
- No-Shows: A $50 rescheduling fee will be applied to no-shows. If you no-show twice, you will not be rescheduled.
- If a test cannot be conducted due to circumstances outside of 4CSA's control, the appointment must be rescheduled with a $50 additional fee. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, situations where a required permit is missing, the individual does not validate in the DMV's system, or a vehicle equipped with an Interlock device fails inspection.
